It is a fairly expensive neighborhood, with median home prices just below $600,000 as of 2020. What’s more, home prices have gone up by nearly 19% there in the last few years. Housing prices are moderate for Fort Collins, with median values around the $475,000 mark. You’ll find a wide mix of architectural styles, including large single-family homes as well as bungalows and apartment buildings. The overall vibe is that of tree lined, suburban avenues. Home prices are rising here as well, but not as sharply as the first few neighborhoods we looked at – only around 8-9% per year. University Acres University Acres is a great place to look for Fort Collins mobile homes. Land and housing prices are high but not rising quite as quickly as in many parts of the city. The median home value in university Acres as of 2020 was just under $545,000. Appreciation was not high, though, with annual price increases coming in under 8%.
